If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the following statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes possession of the goods.

How To Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement sent by email or post.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return of Goods

Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Customized or personalized products
• Sealed products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
• Products exempt under applicable consumer protection laws
